Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Rich Township). They blew past the Thornridge Falcons, posting a 63-19 victory. The Raptors haven't had any issues with the Falcons recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.
This one was won in the trenches and the lion's share of the credit has to go to Kai Williams and Ortez Johnson. Williams rushed for 158 yards and three TDs on only five carries while Johnson rushed for 126 yards and a pair of scores on only six carries. Williams' longest rush was for an impressive 64 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total. Marlon Erves helped out on the ground, rushing for 83 yards and a rushing touchdown.
Rich Township was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 412 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've managed all season.
