Baseball Recap: Everett Takes a Loss

Everett fell victim to Holt and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They lost 15-0 to the Rams. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Rams this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 15-0 back in April.

This is the second loss in a row for Everett and nudges their season record down to 3-10-1. As for Holt, their victory bumped their record up to 11-13.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Everett will host Eastern at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Quakers have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 14.47 runs per game on average), something the Vikings will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Holt, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Portland at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
