            The Troy Trojans will challenge the C.H. Yoe Yoemen at 7:30  p.m.  on Friday. Troy has given up an average of 43.8  points per game this season, but Friday's  game will give them a chance to turn things around.
Troy came into their game  on Friday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They took a  blow against Franklin, falling  68-27. The Trojans haven't had much luck with the Lions recently, as the team has come up short the last nine times they've met.
The loss doesn't tell the whole story though, as several players had good games. One of the most active was  Hunter Fryman, who threw for 174 yards and three  TDs, and also punched in one rushing score. Troy's leading receiver  Brock Sebesta was  Fryman's top target yet again, picking up 50 receiving yards and three  scores.
 Even if they lost, Troy's defensive line still kept up the pressure with three sacks. The team can thank three different players for their defensive prowess:  Mason Barnett,  Bryson Williams,  and  Johnavion Dees, who each picked up one  sack apiece.
 Meanwhile, C.H. Yoe suffered their closest  defeat since August 30, 2024 on Friday. They fell just short of McGregor by a score of  20-17.
 Troy's loss dropped their record down to 3-3. As for C.H. Yoe, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-4.
 Troy strolled past C.H. Yoe in their previous matchup  back in October of 2024 by a score of  35-17. Will the Trojans repeat their success,  or do  the Yoemen have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
