After losing to Islands the last time they met, Hebron Christian decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Hebron Christian Lions came out on top against the Islands Sharks by a score of 6-1 on Friday. That's two games straight that the Lions have won by exactly five runs.
Dean Livingston was a major factor no matter where he played. On the mound, he pitched one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. What's more, he also gave up only zero walks, the fewest he's had since back in March of 2024. He was also big at the plate, scoring two runs and stealing two bases while going 1-for-3.
In other batting news, Tyler Rogers was excellent, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 2-for-4. Another player making a difference was Dallas Rice, who went a perfect2-for-2 with one stolen base and one double.

Looking ahead, Hebron Christian will square off against Calvary Day at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Islands, they are taking a road trip to take on Seabreeze at 6:00 p.m. on February 21st.
