Softball Recap: Harrah Puts Losing Streak Behind Them

Harrah can bid farewell to their six-game losing streak thanks to their game on Thursday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the McLoud Redskins, sneaking past 2-1. This was payback for the Panthers, who suffered an 18-7 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Raelee Robinson spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered a run (which was unearned) on three hits.

At the plate, Bailey Malone and Ava Barber did most of the damage at the plate: Malone went a perfect 3-for-3 with one triple and one stolen base, while Barber went 2-for-3 with one triple, one run, and one RBI.

Harrah's win bumped their record up to 12-16. As for McLoud, the loss snapped their winning streak at six games and leaves them with a 23-8-1 record.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Harrah will take on Jones at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for McLoud, they will face off against Ada at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
