Soccer Recap: Marlborough Takes a Loss

Marlborough lost against Immaculate Heart last Tuesday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Marlborough Mustangs fell just short of the Immaculate Heart Pandas by a score of 2-1.

Marlborough's loss dropped their record down to 5-7-1. As for Immaculate Heart, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 12-2-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Marlborough will head out to challenge Valley Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Valley Christian has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 16 goals over their last three games. As for Immaculate Heart, they are taking a road trip to take on Notre Dame Academy at 1:00 p.m. on Monday.
