Softball Recap: Southeast Warren Sets Scoring Season-High Against East Union

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Southeast Warren). Everything went their way against the East Union Eagles on Friday as they made off with a 17-1 win. The victory was nothing new for the Warhawks as they're now sitting on six straight.

Southeast Warren's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 13-3. The home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 14.8 runs over those games. As for East Union, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-13.

Coming up, Southeast Warren will face off against Moravia at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for East Union, they will square off against Melcher-Dallas at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
