Basketball Recap: West Branch Takes a Loss

West Branch was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss dating back to last season. They were beaten by the Williamsburg Blue Pirates 57-16. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Warriors of the 56-28 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in January.

West Branch's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Williamsburg, their win was their 11th straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 4-1.

West Branch will head out to challenge Tussey Mountain at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Williamsburg, they will be home for the holidays to greet Bellwood-Antis at 7:15 p.m. on Monday.
