Basketball Recap: Jamestown Takes a Loss

Jamestown was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. The game between them and the Hickory Hornets didn't end well, with the Jamestown Muskies falling 61-42.

Kimora Roberts continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines for Hickory, dropping a double-double on 21 points and 14 rebounds. Roberts' evening made it four games in a row in which she has scored at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Addison Phillips, who posted nine points and seven assists.

Jamestown's defeat dropped their record down to 1-12. As for Hickory, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-10.

Jamestown has already played their next matchup (against Mercer), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Hickory will head out to face off against Sharon at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday.
