Football Recap: Woodland Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Woodland extended their losing streak to four on Friday, dropping them down to 3-5. They were outmatched by the Ola Mustangs and fell 63-0. While losing is never fun, the Wolfpack can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia football rankings (they are ranked 246th, while the Mustangs are ranked 78th).

As for Ola, their victory was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 6-2. Their offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Ola's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Caden Waye, who rushed for 43 yards and three TDs, and also picked up 40 receiving yards. Timothy Clark was another key receiver, picking up 103 receiving yards and one touchdown.

Woodland and Ola will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next contests. The next time the Wolfpack see the field they'll take on McDonough at 7:30 p.m. on the 24th. As for Ola, their break will end when they face Hampton at 7:30 p.m. on the 24th.
