Soccer Game Preview: Bishop's vs. Pacific Ridge

The Bishop's Knights are taking a road trip to take on the Pacific Ridge Firebirds at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Last Wednesday, Bishop's came up short against Santa Fe Christian and fell 3-1. That's two games in a row now that the Knights have lost by exactly two goals.

Meanwhile, for the first time this season, Pacific Ridge was forced to settle for a draw. They and Santa Fe Christian finished up their game with a 1-1 draw on Wednesday.

Bishop's loss dropped their record down to 3-3. Pacific Ridge's draw gives them a new season record of 2-5-1.

Bishop's suffered a grim 7-0 defeat to Pacific Ridge in their previous meeting back in January of 2024. Can Bishop's avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
