Therrell won the last time they faced South Atlanta and things went their way on Thursday too. The Therrell Panthers never let the South Atlanta Hornets get on the board and left with a 14-0 win. Surprisingly, this marked the fourth straight game that the away team has come away the victor.

Korda Bailey looked comfortable as he struck out six batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits.

On the hitting side, Christian Goza was incredible, scoring three runs and stealing two bases while going 2-for-2. He also put up two hits, which were his first of the season. Another player making a difference was Chase Gray, who scored three runs and stole two bases while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances.

Therrell's record is now 2-3. As for South Atlanta, with the defeat, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 3-2.

Coincidentally, Therrell and South Atlanta will both be playing Drew Charter the next time they take the field. Therrell will host Drew Charter at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, while South Atlanta will host them at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
