It's playoff time, and Marblehead had no trouble coming through when it counted. They blew past the Shepherd Hill Regional Rams 42-14 on Friday. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Magicians considering their seven-point performance the game before.

When it comes to explaining why Shepherd Hill Regional lost, don't look at Aiden Tyler. Despite the final result, he picked up 99 receiving yards and one TD, and also rushed for 31 yards. Tyler really caught the secondary sleeping when he pulled down a catch that went for 76 yards.

Marblehead's victory bumped their record up to 7-2. As for Shepherd Hill Regional, with the loss, they broke their five-game winning streak and moved their record to 7-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Marblehead will venture away from home to challenge Canton at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
