Softball Recap: Cedar Falls Victorious

The Cedar Falls Tigers were able to grind out a solid win over the Lewis Central Titans on Saturday, taking the game 4-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Tigers.

Cedar Falls' victory bumped their record up to 15-6. As for Lewis Central, they moved to 18-8 with that loss, which also ended their five-game winning streak.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Cedar Falls will challenge Iowa City on Monday. As for Lewis Central, they will square off against Red Oak at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. The Titans are facing the Tigers at the right time seeing as the Tigers are stuck on a 13-game losing streak.
