Baseball Game Preview: Inglemoor Vikings vs. Bellevue Wolverines

For the second straight game, Inglemoor will face off against Bellevue. The Vikings will be playing in front of their home fans against the Wolverines at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Inglemoor is coming into the contest hot, having won their last three games.

Inglemoor's pitching crew heads into the game hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Monday. They had just enough and edged out Bellevue 2-0.

Not much got past Levi Stark, who gave up just two hits and racked up seven Ks to keep Bellevue off the board. Stark has been consistent recently: he hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in three consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, Inglemoor saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Brendan Zeller, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base and two RBI. Those two RBI gave Zeller a new career-high.

The victory got Inglemoor back to even at 4-4. As for Bellevue, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-2.
