Softball Recap: Nebraska City Continues Road Dominance on Saturday

After losing to Milford the last time they met, Nebraska City decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Pioneers narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Eagles 3-2. The game was the first time the Pioneers have beaten the Eagles on their field since August 21, 2021.

Nebraska City's victory was truly a team effort as five different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Hanna Marth, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one double.
