Softball Recap: Casady's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

Casady had to endure a five-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They were the clear victors by an 11-4 margin over the Crossings Christian Knights on Thursday. This was a revenge game for the Cyclones: when they faced off against the Knights last Thursday, they had to take a 14-4 defeat.

Casady's victory bumped their record up to 5-12. As for Crossings Christian, their loss ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 11-9.

Coincidentally, Casady and Crossings Christian will both be playing Heritage Hall the next time they take the field. The Cyclones will head out to face the Chargers at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, while the Knights will head out to face them at 5:00 p.m. on the 29th.
