Harrisburg was handed a heart-breaking two-run loss in their last matchup, but they sure didn't let that happen against Anna-Jonesboro on Monday. The Bulldogs' pitcher stepped up to hand the Wildcats a 10-0 shutout. The Bulldogs might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 16 contests by six runs or more this season.

Colton Langley tossed a big game, keeping things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out 11 over five innings pitched. Those 11 strikeouts gave him a new career-high.

On the hitting side, Dax Randolph and Felix Maynard did most of the damage at the plate: Randolph went 2-for-4 with one home run, three runs, and one stolen base, while Maynard went a perfect 1-for-1 with one home run and three RBI. That's the most runs Randolph has posted since back in April. Another player making a difference was Ian Crabb, who went 2-for-3 with two runs and one stolen base.

Harrisburg was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .435. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Anna-Jonesboro only posted a batting average of .000.

Harrisburg's win bumped their record up to 22-5. As for Anna-Jonesboro, they are on a ten-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-21.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Harrisburg will venture away from home to challenge Richland County at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Tigers will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something the Bulldogs surely won't give up without a fight. As for Anna-Jonesboro, they are taking a road trip to face off against Trico at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
