Baseball Recap: Central Comes Up Short

Central fell victim to Dodge County and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They came up short against the Indians, falling 17-0. If the Chargers were looking for revenge after losing 12-2 to the Indians when the teams met back in February of 2025, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Central's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Dodge County, their victory was their first in the region, bumping their region record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 2-4.

While Central had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
