Softball Recap: Balko Takes a Loss

Balko came into their game on Friday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Turpin Cardinals, falling 13-1. The matchup marked the Bison's lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Balko's defeat dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Turpin, their victory bumped their record up to 4-2.

Balko wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 3-2 win against Buffalo on the 22nd. As for Turpin, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 9-2 victory against Guymon on the 23rd.
