Soccer Recap: St. Margaret's Comes Up Short

On Wednesday, the St. Margaret's Tartans didn't have quite enough to beat the Capistrano Valley Christian Eagles and fell 2-1.

St. Margaret's loss dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Capistrano Valley Christian, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-4-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. St. Margaret's will venture away from home to take on Sage Hill at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Capistrano Valley Christian, they will head out on the road to face off against Legacy College Prep at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Capistrano Valley Christian is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.4 goals per game this season.
