Baseball Recap: Creekside Christian Academy Takes a Loss

If Creekside Christian Academy was feeling good fresh off their 10-0 takedown of Skipstone Academy last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Creekside Christian Academy Cougars fell 3-0 to the Scholars Guild Academy Spartans on Thursday. The contest marked the first time this season in which the Cougars were not able to get on the board.

Creekside Christian Academy saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Cal Kennedy, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one double.

Creekside Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 7-3. As for Scholars Guild Academy, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 4-4.
