Football Recap: Pipestone Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Pipestone can now relate to. They fell just short of the Windom Eagles by a score of 38-36 on Tuesday. The Arrows were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Eagles earlier this season, when they won 26-7.

Pipestone now has a losing record of 4-5. As for Windom, their victory bumped their record up to an identical 4-5.

Pipestone does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Windom, they will take on Jackson County Central on Saturday. The Eagles will need to watch out since the Huskies have now posted at least 31 points every time they've taken the field this season.
