If Polk County wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Blue Ridge, they should've done a better job of containing Gavin Forrester. The Fighting Tigers enjoyed a cozy 35-19 victory over the Wolverines on Friday thanks in part to Forrester, who rushed for 105 yards and two TDs on only 11 carries, and also threw for 111 yards and a pair of touchdowns. His longest rush was for an impressive 59 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total.
