Softball Recap: Pace Academy Takes a Loss

Pace Academy lost against Gilmer back in August of 2018, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Knights lost 13-4 to the Bobcats. The Knights have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Pace Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 4-3. As for Gilmer, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 9-7.

Coming up, Pace Academy will challenge Creekside at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Knights' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Seminoles have averaged an impressive 13.1 runs per game this season. As for Gilmer, they have already played their next matchup, an 8-2 loss against Carrollton on the 6th.
