Baseball Preview: Carlisle Bison vs. Lebanon Cedars
The Carlisle Bison will venture away from home to square off against the Lebanon Cedars at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with seven consecutive losses for Carlisle and 17 for Lebanon.
On Thursday, Carlisle didn't have quite enough to beat Central Dauphin East and fell 5-4.
Carlisle got a good showing from Carter Welker, who pitched one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. That's the first time Welker hasn't allowed a single earned run since back in March.
