Riverside won the last time they faced Holy Cross and things went their way on Friday too. The Riverside Vikings had just enough and edged the Holy Cross Crusaders out 45-43. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Vikings.

Riverside now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Holy Cross, their loss ended a four-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 3-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Riverside and West Scranton will round out the year against one another at at 7:45 p.m. on Thursday. As for Holy Cross, they will face off against Scranton at 2:30 p.m. on Friday. The timing isn't great for Holy Cross: they have been struggling with eight straight losses at home dating back to last season, while Scranton has snatched up three consecutive wins on the road.
