Football Recap: Nickayus Zenon Key Part of Team Effort in Blue Raiders Win

Middletown lost to Milton Hershey back in August of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Friday. The Blue Raiders enjoyed a cozy 22-7 win over the Spartans. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Blue Raiders.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Middletown to victory, but perhaps none more so than Nickayus Zenon, who picked up 126 receiving yards and one TD. That's the most receiving yards Zenon has posted since back in August of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Luis Roman, who gained 89 total yards and a touchdown.

On the other side of the ball, a lot of the credit has to go to Middletown's defense and their 5.5 sacks. The heavy lifting was done by Jakyree Sawyer and Colton Stapleton, who racked up four sacks between them.

Middletown has also opened the season with a perfect 2-0 record. As for Milton Hershey, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.
