Tift County can't be too happy about their upcoming road game considering what happened when they opened their season away from home on Tuesday. They lost 12-3 to Lee County. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Blue Devils have suffered against the Trojans since March 9, 2023.

Meanwhile, Oconee County unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They came up short against Loganville on Monday, falling 9-3.
