Baseball Recap: Shadow Mountain Takes a Loss

Shadow Mountain managed to slip by Mingus the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Matadors lost 13-3 to the Marauders on Friday. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last four times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Shadow Mountain's loss dropped their record down to 3-3-1. As for Mingus, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-4.

Looking ahead, Shadow Mountain will challenge Dysart at 3:45 p.m. on Monday. As for Mingus, they will take on Moon Valley at 3:45 p.m. on Monday. The Marauders' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Rockets have averaged an impressive 9 runs per game this season.
