Springbrook extended their losing streak (dating back to last season) to nine on Friday, dropping them down to 0-7. They came up short against the Blair Blazers, falling 42-20. The Blue Devils were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 35-7.

Springbrook lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Aidyn Thomasson, who picked up 111 receiving yards and one touchdown. Thomasson is crushing it when it comes to receiving yards: he's posted at least 103 every time he's taken the field this season. Zeke Blinkoff was another key player, throwing for 251 yards and a pair of TDs.

As for Blair, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-4. The result was nothing new for the Blazers, who have now won three contests by 22 points or more so far this season.

Among those leading the charge was Jayden Parker, who picked up 79 receiving yards and one score.
