Football Recap: Chanhassen Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

Chanhassen strolled into their game on Friday with a perfect record and they left with the same. Everything went their way against the Waconia Wildcats as they made off with a 41-16 win. Given the Storm's advantage in MaxPreps' Minnesota football rankings (they are ranked first, while the Wildcats are ranked 29th) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.

Chanhassen's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Waconia, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Chanhassen will head out to face off against St. Thomas Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Waconia, they will venture away from home to challenge Mankato West at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
