For the second straight game, Pelham will face off against Baconton Charter. The Hornets will be playing in front of their home fans against the Blazers at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Pelham is on a seven-game streak of home wins, Baconton Charter a 19-game streak of away wins (dating back to last season), meaning someone's leaving a streak behind.

Pelham is probably headed into the contest with a chip on their shoulder considering Baconton Charter just ended the team's ten-game winning streak on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Blazers by a score of 4-2. The Hornets were red-hot at the plate heading into the matchup (they scored no less than ten runs in the 11 games prior), but the Blazers' pitchers proved too tough.

Baconton Charter's victory bumped their record up to 22-1. As for Pelham, their loss dropped their record down to 15-4.
