The Troy Trojans were the clear victor by a 52-27 margin over the Athens Wildcats on Saturday thanks in part to Sterling, who went 12 of 18 en route to 25 points along with eight rebounds and four steals. With that strong performance, she is now averaging an impressive 15.6 points per game.
The team also got some help courtesy of Alyssa Parks, who posted 11 points along with seven rebounds and three steals. She has been hot, having posted two or more steals the last six times she's played.
