Baseball Recap: Rockdale County Takes a Loss

Rockdale County was the 15-4 winner over Jonesboro when they last played one another back in March of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Rockdale County Bulldogs took an 8-4 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Jonesboro Cardinals on Tuesday. The Bulldogs just can't catch a break and have now endured six losses in a row dating back to last season.

Jakobi Jones was cooking despite his team's loss, going 2-for-3 with one home run and two RBI. Another player making a difference was Wayde Maddox, who scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-4.
