Baseball Recap: Central Gwinnett Takes a Loss

Wednesday just wasn't the day for Central Gwinnett's offense. They came up short against the Dacula Falcons on Wednesday, falling 15-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Falcons this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 21-3 last Tuesday.

Central Gwinnett dropped their record down to 6-17 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road. As for Dacula, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten games. That's provided a massive bump to their 14-10 record this season.

While Central Gwinnett had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:45 p.m. on Friday.
