Basketball Game Preview: Fort LeBoeuf Bison vs. Fairview Tigers

Fort LeBoeuf hasn't had much luck against Fairview recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Fort LeBoeuf Bison will head out to challenge the Fairview Tigers at 7:00 p.m.

Fort LeBoeuf is headed into Thursday's match looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their sixth straight game on Friday. They took a blow against General McLane, falling 45-16. While losing is never fun, the Bison can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania basketball rankings (they are ranked 598th, while the Lancers are ranked 200th).

Meanwhile, Fairview strolled past General McLane with points to spare on Monday, taking the game 44-28. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Tigers.

Fort LeBoeuf's loss dropped their record down to 2-12. As for Fairview, their victory bumped their record up to 12-3.

Fort LeBoeuf ended up a good deal behind Fairview in their previous meeting on January 9th, losing 46-27. Can Fort LeBoeuf avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
