Football Recap: Parma Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Fans were treated to a battle of the Panthers on Friday. Parma took a blow against West Jefferson, falling 49-7. Parma has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

West Jefferson had a senior duo take command as Mac Hall rushed for 172 yards and four touchdowns on only 13 carries and Justus Burtenshaw rushed for 162 yards and a pair of TDs on only 15 carries.

Parma's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for West Jefferson, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Looking ahead, Parma will challenge Marsing at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The contest will give the Panthers their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for West Jefferson, they will take on Grangeville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Panthers will be up against the Bulldogs' rather soft defense (which has allowed 28 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
