Softball Recap: Sonoraville's Loss Ends Five-Game Winning Streak at Home

Sonoraville lost against Gordon Lee back in August of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Phoenix took a 6-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Trojans.

Sonoraville saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kaylee Sitten, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one RBI.

Sonoraville's defeat ended a five-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 3-2.

Looking ahead, Sonoraville will face off against Coahulla Creek at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. The matchup will give the Phoenix their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for Gordon Lee, they will be taking part in a tournament against East Coweta at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
