Monte Vista Christian and Seaside are an even 5-5 against one another since January of 2016, but not for long. The Mustangs will be playing at home against the Spartans at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Monte Vista Christian will be strutting in after a victory while Seaside will be coming in after a loss.

Meanwhile, Seaside was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat dating back to last season. They were beaten by Menlo School 53-3. The Spartans were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 38-0.
Seaside's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Monte Vista Christian, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-6.
