Football Recap: Peyton Comes Up Short

The Peyton Panthers had to suffer through a 49-14 loss at the hands of the Holyoke Dragons. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Elbin Padilla produced another solid performance picking up 75 receiving yards and two touchdowns for Holyoke.

Peyton's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Holyoke, the win also got them back to even at 2-2.

Peyton wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 32-6 victory against Estes Park on the 26th. As for Holyoke, after each having a week off, they and Wray will shake off the rust and duke it out at 1:00 p.m. on October 4. This will be the Dragons' first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
