Softball Recap: Mosley Takes a Loss

Monday just wasn't the day for Mosley's offense. They lost 12-0 to the Arnold Marlins on Monday. That's two games in a row now that the Dolphins have lost by exactly 12 runs.

This is the second loss in a row for Mosley and nudges their season record down to 8-14. As for Arnold, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 16-8 record this season.

Mosley will welcome Rutherford at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Rams have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 15 runs per game on average), something the Dolphins will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Arnold, they will venture away from home to take on Wewahitchka at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Gators' pitching crew has only allowed four runs per game this season, so the Marlins' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
