Football Recap: Friday's Defeat Ends Kennedy's Winning Streak + How To Watch

After some red-hot attacks on offense in their last four games, Kennedy finally came back down to earth on Friday. They fell just short of the Magruder Colonels by a score of 15-12. Despite 72 more yards than the Colonels, the Cavaliers couldn't convert that extra yardage to scores.

Ziaire Mays threw for 171 yards on only 14 passes. Marc Williams was his top target, picking up 81 receiving yards. On the ground, Mason Gray rushed for 77 yards and one touchdown.

The critical scores for Magruder came from Ryan Leedy and Jayson Hinojosa.
