With a playoff win on the line, Prince Avenue Christian rose to the challenge on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Christian Heritage Lions as they made off with a 10-2 win. The result was nothing new for the Wolverines, who have now won 11 contests by seven runs or more so far this season.

Bryson Towler looked comfortable as he tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in four consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, Eli Attaway was a standout: he went a perfect 3-for-3 with two doubles, two RBI, and one run. Those two doubles gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Luke Burnett, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with two RBI, one run, and one double.
