The Hilltoppers beat the Generals by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 3-1. The Hilltoppers haven't had any issues with the Generals recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive win against them.

Glass' victory bumped their record up to 12-8. As for William Campbell, their defeat was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 7-14.
