Sandia Prep extended their winning streak to five games thanks to a huge performance from Lauren Wilkerson. The Sundevils came out on top against the Oak Grove Classical Academy Owls by a score of 3-1 on Tuesday thanks in part to Wilkerson, who had 38 digs and four aces. She has been hot for a while, having posted ten or more digs the last 16 times she's played.

Sandia Prep got the W, but it wasn't easy, at least in the second set. The final score came out to 25-21, 31-33, 25-16, 25-22.

Sandia Prep's win bumped their record up to 5-1. As for Oak Grove Classical Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 3-3.

Sandia Prep wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-1 defeat against West Las Vegas on the 11th. As for Oak Grove Classical Academy, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 3-2 loss against Rehoboth Christian on the 12th.
