Football Game Preview: Sunrise Christian Academy Buffaloes vs. Lebo Wolves

The Sunrise Christian Academy Buffaloes are taking a road trip to face off against the Lebo Wolves at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.

Lebo will challenge a team with plenty of momentum: Sunrise Christian Academy extended their winning streak to five on Friday. The Buffaloes were the clear victors by a 42-20 margin over Cornerstone Family. The result was nothing new for the Buffaloes, who have now won three matchups by 22 points or more so far this season.

Meanwhile, Lebo got themselves on the board against Centre on Friday, but Centre never followed suit. They breezed past the Cougars to the tune of 58-0. That 58 point margin sets a new team best for the Wolves this season.

Sunrise Christian Academy's win bumped their record up to 5-2. As for Lebo, they now have a winning record of 4-3.

Sunrise Christian Academy came up short against Lebo when the teams last played back in October of 2024, falling 62-56. Can the Buffaloes avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
