Baseball Recap: Trinity Prep Takes a Loss

Trinity Prep lost against Victory Baptist back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Lions lost 11-1 to the Warrior. The Lions' defeat continues a trend for the squad, making it four in a row.

Trinity Prep saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Parker Lynn, who went 1-for-3 with one triple and one run. That triple marked the first that Lynn hit this season.

Trinity Prep's loss dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Victory Baptist, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-5.

While Trinity Prep had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
