Caleb Lopez posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Wednesday. As a matter of fact, he turned in his biggest game of the season, striking out seven batters over 3.2 innings while giving up no earned runs off three hits (and not a single walk). He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks in seven consecutive appearances.
