Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Spring-Ford walked away with it. They walked away with a 60-47 victory over the Norwin Knights on Friday. The win was familiar territory for Spring-Ford who now have three in a row.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Spring-Ford to victory, but perhaps none more so than Katie Tiffan, who scored 19 points along with five assists and two blocks. The team also got some help courtesy of Kareena Preuss, who scored 15 points along with six rebounds.
Spring-Ford has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matches, which provided a nice bump to their 26-6 record this season. As for Norwin, their loss dropped their record down to 23-4.
Spring-Ford's road trip will continue as they head out to face Garnet Valley on Monday. Spring-Ford is strutting in with some offensive muscle, as they've averaged 61 points per game this season. Norwin does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
